Privacy notice

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Tommaso Sabatini, who runs TS Visual. For questions, data requests or withdrawal of consent, contact contact@tsvisual.it.
Project enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address and project description. We use these details to respond, assess your enquiry and arrange a discussion. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The required details are needed to respond through this form. A newsletter subscription is not required.
Messages are forwarded to the studio mailbox and kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent relationship, taking account of legal obligations and the establishment or defence of rights.
Consent to studio updates
Only if you select the optional checkbox do we record your consent to receive emails about new projects, behind-the-scenes work and TS Visual service updates. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code. Refusing does not affect your enquiry.
At present, we collect your email address, language, date, source and the wording of your consent in a private register on the website. No newsletter campaign is active, and addresses are not yet verified by email. We do not store your IP address or project description in this register. Records are deleted 24 months after the latest registration, unless you request erasure sooner. Withdrawal excludes the address from any promotional use.
You can withdraw by emailing contact@tsvisual.it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email confirmation will be set up before campaigns start. Every future newsletter must include an unsubscribe option. We do not provide your details to third parties for their own marketing.
Browsing, security and language
The server processes technical information needed to deliver pages, including IP address, requests and browser information. This may appear in the hosting provider’s operational and security logs, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the site. Initial language selection uses a local geographical IP lookup without sending the address to an external lookup service. You can choose IT or EN manually.
Statistics
Only with your consent to Site statistics does Koko Analytics measure visits, page views and referring websites. Statistics stay within our WordPress installation. Its visit-counting cookie expires by midnight, and aggregate statistics are kept for 12 months. We do not use this information to identify visitors by name or build advertising profiles. This tool does not count visits without consent.
External videos and 3D viewers
YouTube videos and SuperSplat scenes are blocked before your choice. After consent to the relevant service and a click on the content, your browser contacts the external provider, which receives technical data such as IP address, browser information and viewer requests. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedding mode, which does not eliminate all processing after activation.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards and conditions in their policies. See Google/YouTube and PlayCanvas/SuperSplat. PlayCanvas describes standard contractual clauses for transfers where required. You can withdraw activation through Privacy preferences in the footer.
WhatsApp and external links
The WhatsApp button is an external link, not an embedded widget. Clicking it opens WhatsApp; a message is sent only when you confirm it in the app. We use messages received to handle your enquiry. The WhatsApp privacy policy also applies.
Access to data
The controller, authorised people and technical providers needed to operate the website and email may access relevant data, including the Register.it hosting service. Your data is not published. External content providers process data according to their own policies after activation. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Email contact@tsvisual.it. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
See the Cookie policy for storage technologies and choices.
